Our Roof Wash process includes 5 steps.
- Prep
- While the commercial cleaning mix does a great job on the roof, the runoff can create clean streaks on the side of the house and can potentially cause damage to the shrubs and grass, To ensure that we do not cause any issues, we ensure that any runoff is diluted by pre-soaking all potential runoff areas.
- Treat
- We then set our equipment to delivery the desired strength of the commercial cleaning solution and gently coat the roof with the solution.
- Rinse
- We then rinse the roof to ensure that the desired results are achieved. If needed, we retreat any problem areas.
- Post Treat
- We then set our equipment to deliver a low strength solution and gently coat a second time. This time, we leave this on the roof. The purpose of this is the keep that “spring clean” look as long as possible.
- One month followup
- Re-inspect after one month ensure the roof still looks good. We are proud of our work. If for some reason it does not still look good, we will resolve the issue at no additional cost to you.
